"When we moved to Indiana, we assumed that all insurance companies would be like what we had at our old state… We signed up with a local State Farm agent to continue our 50+ years of family membership with State Farm. The first office we signed up with was atrocious!! Inconsistent and they canceled us and reinstated us constantly for no apparent reason as well as misplaced our payments! I was at my end when I looked online for another Statefarm Agent with some good reviews. I have to tell you that Erin Daugherty and her office has not risen to our previous experience before the last, but has exceeded it in ways that I can’t even describe! They are very thorough and kind and professional and all of their dealings My daughter was in an accident and they were amazing at not only comforting her, but also handling all of the repairs and following up with the repair company and us to make sure we were OK. On every situation that we’ve had to deal with office has been above and beyond! I don’t leave reviews often, especially not on Google or Facebook, but I have to say I would sing from the mountaintops about how amazing Erin and her office is! They even invite their members to come out for a luncheon that they provide every year, they like to sit with the owners and review all of their policies to make sure that all of their needs are met and budgets are clear I would give them a 10 star review if it were an option."
